INTERNATIONAL

Payments must be via PAYPAL in USD.
The initial sketch will begin once the 50% deposit has been received.
Payment is required after the sketch is approved.
Refunds will be given in proportion of the work already done.
No refund requests will be accepted once I have finished and delivered the product.
Additional Characters: Additional 50% of the base price per every additional character.
Additional 10-30% of the base price for more detailed backgrounds depending on complexity.(Feel free to ask me any doubt you may have. Terms of service

GENERAL
Commissioned artwork will be delivered through Google Drive or Email as PNG files.
The client must state the purpose of the commissioned artwork, specially if there are commercial purposes. The client must state on their request if there's a deadline for the artist to deliver the artwork, with 10 days as a minimum timeframe.
The artist can decline requests. By requesting a commission, the client must agree with all the Terms of service.UPDATES AND CHANGES
The client has the option to get periodical updates or choose to proceed with it as a skeb commission (meaning, no updates until deadline). The client can ask as many changes/request as desired during the sketch phase, free of charges, after that, only minor corrections will be accepted. Any extra changes during rendering can be denied or negotiate an agreement.PERMS & USAGE
The artist can post the finished artwork on their own socials unless requested otherwise. The client can post the finished artwork on their socials with credits only. The client is prohibited from claiming the commissioned artwork as their own. The client is prohibited from copying, tracing, or make any major changes on the artwork. The client is FORBIDDEN from using the artist's work for any sort of AI models or projects using AI.
Additional fees will be added to the price for commercial use rights:
🞄 Personal Use: For wallpapers, profile pictures, banners, sharing on social media or to show on stream/unmontized videos.
🞄 Basic commercial rights (+50%): To use the art to promote yourself/promote direct revenue, for sponsorship posts, for event promo, merch promo, etc. To use as part of your branding such as panels, emotes, overlays, assets and fugis.
🞄 Full commercial rights (+100%): To use the art for music on streaming platforms, to use as patreon/membership/monetized subscription rewards, and for any kind of physical/digital merchandise.
Services with commercial use in mind, such as Twitch Panels or emotes, will have the price included in the base price so the client doesn't have to worry about any additional fees. Character reference sheets can be priced as personal use if it's meant to be used for personal OCs, for the reference sheet of a character meant to use for profit (ie. pngtubers or vtubers) the artist will ask for full commercial rights fees.
IMPORTANT: Regardless of the level of commercial/personal rights, the client is still forbidden from claiming the artwork as theirs, as well as copying, tracing, or make any major changes on the artwork.PAYMENTS
For the commission to begin and get an initial sketch, a 50% of the price must be sent. (not applicable on Vgen). Payment is required after the sketch is approved. Payments outside Vgen won't be accepted for Vgen commissions.RUSH FEES
In order for the artist to prioritize your order above others in the waitlist, a rush fee of an additional 50% of the commission will be included. There can only be one rushed commission at a time, therefore if someone else's got prioritized, no other can have their request rushed until that one is properly finished. Depending on the workload, the rushed commission's timeframe can be negotiated, with 10 days as a minimum.THINGS I WILL DRAW
Original Characters (OC). Fanart. Ships. NSFW. Light gore.THINGS I WON'T DRAW
Political things/Government publicity. Furry. Heavy gore. (If there are any doubts, just ask!)DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
The client must state on their request if there's a deadline for the artist to deliver the artwork, with 7-10 days as a minimum timeframe. If there's no deadline previously estipulated, it might take the artist 1-3 weeks to get the drawing done once started, depending on the amount ordered. The artist will notify the client if there's more time needed to finish the commission.REFUNDS
Refunds will be given in proportion of the work already done. If the client has already provided payment, refunds will be negotiated as follows: 90% refund after regular sketches; 80% after an approved sketch; 40% after lineart; 30% after base color. After the render is done, no refunds will be accepted. No refund requests will be accepted once the artwork has been finished and properly delivered.COMMUNICATION

GENERAL
Las obras de arte encargadas se entregarán a través de Google Drive o correo electrónico como archivos PNG.
El cliente debe indicar el propósito de la obra, especialmente si tiene fines comerciales. En su solicitud, el cliente debe indicar si existe un plazo mínimo de entrega de 10 días para el artista.ACTUALIZACIONES Y CAMBIOS
El cliente puede optar por recibir actualizaciones periódicas o por procesarla como un encargo de boceto (es decir, sin actualizaciones hasta la fecha límite). El cliente puede solicitar tantos cambios como desee durante la fase de boceto, sin costo alguno; posteriormente, solo se aceptarán correcciones menores. Cualquier cambio adicional durante el renderizado puede ser rechazado o se puede negociar un acuerdo.PERMISOS Y USO
El artista puede publicar la obra terminada en sus redes sociales, a menos que se solicite lo contrario. El cliente puede publicar la obra terminada en sus redes sociales, solo con créditos. El cliente tiene prohibido reclamar la obra de arte comisionada como suya. Tiene prohibido copiar, calcar o realizar cambios importantes en la obra. El cliente tiene PROHIBIDO usar la obra del artista para cualquier tipo de modelo o proyecto de IA que utilice IA.
Se añadirán cargos adicionales al precio por los derechos de uso comercial:
🞄 Uso Personal: Para fondos de pantalla, fotos de perfil, banners, compartir en redes sociales o mostrar en transmisiones/videos no montizados.
🞄 Derechos Comerciales Básicos (+50%): Para usar la obra para promocionarse/promocionar ingresos directos, para publicaciones de patrocinio, para promoción de eventos, promoción de merchandising, etc. Para usarla como parte de su marca, como paneles, emoticonos, superposiciones, recursos, fugis.
🞄 Derechos comerciales completos (+100%): Para usar la obra en música en plataformas de streaming, como recompensas de patreon/membresía/suscripciones monetizadas, y para cualquier tipo de mercancía física/digital.Los servicios con fines comerciales, como paneles de Twitch o emoticonos, tendrán el precio incluido en el precio base, por lo que el cliente no tendrá que preocuparse por cargos adicionales. Las hojas de referencia de personajes pueden tener un precio de uso personal si están destinadas a personajes originales personales. Para las hojas de referencia de personajes con fines lucrativos (por ejemplo, pngtubers o vtubers), el artista solicitará el pago completo de los derechos comerciales.
IMPORTANTE: Independientemente del nivel de derechos comerciales/personales, el cliente tiene prohibido reclamar la obra como suya, así como copiar, calcar o realizar cambios importantes en ella.PAGOS
Para comenzar el encargo y obtener un boceto inicial, se debe enviar el 50% del precio. (No aplicable en Vgen). No se aceptarán pagos fuera de Vgen para encargos de Vgen.
El pago se requiere una vez aprobado el boceto.TARIFAS POR ENCARGO URGENTE
Para que el artista priorice tu pedido sobre otros en la lista de espera, se incluirá una tarifa adicional del 50% del encargo. Solo se puede realizar un encargo urgente a la vez; por lo tanto, si se prioriza a otra persona, no se podrá realizar un encargo urgente hasta que esta esté terminada correctamente. Dependiendo de la carga de trabajo, se puede negociar el plazo del encargo urgente, con un mínimo de 10 días.COSAS QUE DIBUJARÉ

El cliente debe indicar en su solicitud si existe una fecha límite para que el artista entregue la obra, con un mínimo de 7 a 10 días. Si no hay una fecha límite estipulada, el artista podría tardar de 1 a 3 semanas en terminar el dibujo una vez comenzado, dependiendo de la cantidad solicitada. El artista notificará al cliente si se necesita más tiempo para finalizar el encargo.REEMBOLSOS
Los reembolsos se realizarán proporcionalmente al trabajo ya realizado. Si el cliente ya ha realizado el pago, los reembolsos se negociarán de la siguiente manera: 90% de reembolso después de los bocetos regulares; 80% después de un boceto aprobado; 40% después del dibujo lineal; 30% después del color base. Una vez finalizado el render, no se aceptarán reembolsos. No se aceptarán solicitudes de reembolso una vez que la obra esté terminada y entregada correctamente.COMUNICACIÓN
